Wrinkle Cream – Is There Really a Product You Can Trust?

April 3rd, 2010 admin No comments

Like the diet industry, the cosmetic industry makes it a point to feed off the ignorance of it’s audience. They all have the “next best thing”, and their product is your only choice. They even have superstars endorsing it – and if they believe in it, then it must work. Phooey! When it comes down to it, the ingredients are what make the difference.

First off, you need to ignore what you hear in those television and radio ads, even the ads in the newspaper and magazines. Block that all out. What they are telling you is what they want you to hear. Unfortunately, many times we buy into their hype, later disappointed and have another bottle of “goop” in our cosmetic cabinet. Go look. How many “miracle” products do you have tucked away? Don’t be embarrassed – we all do! Well it is time to get the facts on wrinkle creams.

As we age, our skin loses its elasticity and moisture. This about a grape. Left out long enough to lose its moisture and it becomes a wrinkled and dried out raisin.

Does Wrinkle Cream Really Work?

Most important questions such as:
•    Do I need wrinkle cream for my eyes?
•    Should I use a wrinkle cream for facial?
•    What are the reasons of wrinkles?

A lot of women utilize wrinkle creams. These wrinkle creams have restrictions when it comes to wrinkle reduction capabilities.

Skin wrinkles unsurprisingly appear as an effect of aging processes such as glycation or temporarily as the result of long-drawn-out immersion in water. Wrinkling in the skin is brought about by usual facial expressions, sun damage, aging, poor hydration, smoking, and several other factors. With protracted water exposure, the outer layer of skin starts to soak up water. However, the skin does not expand in a uniform manner. This makes the skin wrinkle in certain areas and may result in spots. Read more…

Not Your Mama's Wrinkle Cream

December 15th, 2009 admin No comments

You have probably experienced the horrified reaction when you first saw your mom wrapped in a bathrobe, hair up in a towel and her face covered with green slime. It is enough to make little boys never want to have a girlfriend and little girls wanting to never grow up. Wrinkle creams have evolved over the years and have been tweaked to provide not only smoother skin, but to provide exfoliation, essential vitamins and minerals to repair the skin and maintain a healthy balanced skin tone. “Cold cream” as it was once phrased has become a thing of the past. Now women perform daily routines on their face and eye area with cleansing, moisturizing and applying an efficient wrinkle cream twice a day. Wrinkle creams today can be found for day wear, night wear and even creams that are applied once or twice a week.

If you are looking for the right wrinkle cream, you need to first take a look at your own skin. Whether you have dry skin, oily skin or a combination of both, you need to take this into consideration as the first step in choosing the right wrinkle cream that will work well for your skin. A Crazy Home Remedy Idea For Wrinkle Cream

October 30th, 2009 admin No comments

Anyone who has done any research about at home wrinkle treatments has certainly come across a plethora of strange remedies that claim to heal wrinkles. From bird poop to sour cream, from pineapple juice to avocado masks, we have all seen them all. The latest of these remedies however has proven to provide significant enough results that even skin care experts are standing up to take notice. There is nothing enjoyable about applying this remedy to your face, and it takes a bit of preparation, but the results are worth trying as a replacement to your wrinkle cream once in a while.

It starts with a half of pound of ground turkey. Place turkey in a bowl and combine it with the following items. 1 egg, a quarter cup of orange juice and a dollop of cream cheese. Stir all of this together until it is a smooth consistency. It should be thin enough to almost stir, if it is too thick add just a drop or two of orange juice until it is. This will not look appealing, and it shouldn’t, but that is not the objective, the goal here is to eliminate your wrinkles and this mess will do the trick.

Next you are to wash your face with very warm water. You will want to be sure to rinse your face multiple times with the water as warm as you can stand it without it burning. This will open up your pores and aid in the results of this treatment. Once your face is clean, you must begin to apply this mess to your face. Start by putting just a bit of the meat on your finger tips and rub it into your skin. You will want to start in the areas with the deepest wrinkles, so you should do this in the mirror. Rub the meat mixture counter clockwise into your skin, this will feel a bit gross, but just bear with it. Once you have massaged the meat mixture into your skin, you need to begin to apply it as a mask.
