Most people would consider themselves food lovers. Good food is something that some people live for. Eating to live has been replaced by the mantra live to eat. Given this love for food, it is unfortunate that there are so common food allergies that have a negative effect on millions of people. If you suffer from possible food allergy symptoms it is important that you find the triggers.

If you set off an allergic reaction to food you can have a number of symptoms that occur. The allergic reactions that occur will depend on what kind of food you eat. Different signs of allergic reactions can include itching in the mouth, swelling in the throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain and indigestion.
